WHERE DID THE RIVER GO?

Where Did the River Go? is a pop-up book designed for young children and old children.  It chronicles the depletion of the rivers that used to perennially frame Tucson and the promising re-emergence of these rivers with the growing introduction of green infrastructure throughout the city.  A map of locations, glossary of terms, and six projects with pop-up sections and renderings provide an interactive experience of green infrastructure applications to the reader. Architects and non-architects love this hopeful read of how many citizen-designers, working in aggregate, can transform our urban environment!

Over 10 copies of this book have been distributed to local libraries and educational non-profits.
